Winchmore Hill Football Club

Founded in 1920, we are proud to run seven adult Saturday teams competing in the Southern Amateur League (SAL). We have four excellent pitches and an astro training surface at our own ground, and our teams play on good pitches all across London for away fixtures. In addition, our players enjoy the social life that accompanies competitive team sport.

Our first team plays in the very competitive top division of the SAL which ensures that players used to playing a high standard of football will feel challenged without the level of time commitment necessary in semi-professional football.

The very best players will be selected for the league representative side playing against other league rep teams, major universities, and representative sides from the Armed Forces.

We also run two Veterans sides that play competitively on Sunday mornings so once you have started you will never have to give the sport up!

We have a flourishing Youth section providing wonderful facilities for youngsters from aged four upwards to develop their football skills under the guidance of FA qualified coaches. This includes age related teams from under 9 to under 18, a development group of 6, 7 and 8 year olds and community football coaching open to any and every youngster on Saturday mornings which attracts over 100 children every week. Add to this soccer camps in the school holidays and the opportunities for boys and girls of all ages are there for all to enjoy.

Our football committee volunteer their time to ensure that you will always have competitive fixtures, playing kit, excellent football pitches, referees, and of course great team mates. All you have to do is pay your membership fee and your match levies... and have fun!

Join us and you will have the opportunity to train on our floodlit astro surface, play every week across London and compete alongside members that will soon become friends for life.
