John Tait

Winchmore Hill Sports Club are sad to announce the death of former President and Life Member John Tait on Sunday 17th September 2023.

John played for both the Cricket and Football Sections, including our 1st XIs, between the 1950s and 1990s and was Captain of our Cricket 1st team for a period of time. The club played a major part of his life and identity, making many lifelong friends with his committed association of Winchmore Hill Sports Club.

We send our condolences to his wife Hilary and family.
